PART I: PRIVACY POLICY
1. INTRODUCTION AND SCOPE OF AGREEMENT
This Privacy Policy delineates the overarching methodologies, protocols, and regulatory compliance standards by which Sponsorpilot.ai (hereinafter referred to as "the Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, processes, retains, safeguards, and disseminates personal and non-personal data acquired from users, visitors, and subscribers (hereinafter referred to as "the User," "you," or "your") accessing our digital infrastructure, applications, and associated services. By interacting with our digital properties, you expressly consent to the data practices described herein in their entirety.
2. AGGREGATION OF PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE AND NON-IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION
The Company systematically gathers specific granular data points necessary for the facilitation of our services. This includes, but is not expressly limited to, Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as nomenclature, electronic mail addresses, billing parameters, and cryptographic account credentials. Furthermore, we autonomously aggregate usage telemetry, encompassing Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser iterations, underlying operating systems, uniform resource locators (URLs) of referring/exit pages, and precise timestamps of digital interactions via cookies, web beacons, and advanced tracking algorithms.
3. UTILIZATION, RETENTION, AND DISSEMINATION OF ACQUIRED DATA
Information procured from the User is utilized strictly for the continuation, optimization, and administration of our services. The Company reserves the unilateral right to utilize said data to facilitate financial transactions, mitigate fraudulent activities, and ensure compliance with municipal, state, and federal legal mandates. We do not engage in the unauthorized dissemination of PII to unaffiliated third-party entities for external marketing purposes, though data may be transferred to vetted secondary processors (e.g., payment gateways, hosting providers) exclusively for operational continuity.
PART II: TERMS OF SERVICE
1. ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the services provided by Sponsorpilot.ai, the User acknowledges having read, comprehended, and agreed to be inextricably bound by the conditions stipulated within this document. If the User does not agree to these terms in their absolute entirety, they must immediately cease all access to and use of the platform.
2. ACCOUNT SECURITY AND USER OBLIGATIONS
The User retains sole and exclusive responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of their cryptographic login credentials and for any and all activities that occur under their account nexus. The Company shall be held wholly harmless and indemnified against any loss or damage arising from the User's failure to comply with this foundational security obligation.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
All source code, typographical elements, visual assets, logistical frameworks, and textual content contained within the platform remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Company, protected under applicable international copyright, trademark, and trade secret frameworks.
4. SUBSCRIPTION TIERS, REMITTANCES, AND DISBURSEMENTS
4.1. Authorization of Billing. The User expressly authorizes the Company, through its designated third-party financial processors, to execute recurring or isolated charges to the User's selected payment instrument in accordance with the prescribed subscription tier.
4.2. Delinquency. Failure to remit payment shall result in the immediate suspension or termination of access privileges without prior notification.
4.3. Disimbursement and Cancellation Protocols. In the event of User dissatisfaction, disbursements (refunds) are strictly governed by the following conditional parameters: For Users enrolled in the "Standard" tier allocation, the Company shall honor a one hundred percent (100%) reimbursement of the initial remittance, provided the User remains in compliance with all overarching Terms delineated herein. Conversely, for Users utilizing the "Starter" tier allocation, disbursements are unequivocally prohibited, null, and void, barring a formal, written decree of cancellation submitted to and acknowledged by our designated support channels within an explicit, non-negotiable temporal window of exactly twenty-four (24) chronological hours subsequent to the exact timestamp of the initial financial transaction.
5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS, THE PLATFORM.
